Where is Tech E-Bike located?

We currently have two central locations in Sydney. You can pick up or return your bike from either one  whichever suits you best.

Can I extend my weekly rental?

Yes! Just reach out to us before your rental ends and we’ll happily extend your booking.

Do you offer discounts for long-term use or teams?

Yes, we offer special rates for long-term rentals and multiple-bike bookings. Contact us for a custom quote.

Is wearing a helmet required?

Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory by NSW law  and don’t worry, we include one for free with every rental.

Do the bikes come with lights?

Absolutely! All of our bikes come with front and rear lights, ready for day or night delivery.

What should I do with the bike overnight?

You’re responsible for securely locking the bike when not in use. A heavy-duty chain lock is provided with every rental.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer one optimized size that fits most adult riders comfortably. If you have specific sizing needs, let us know!

Who is responsible if the bike is stolen or damaged?

You are. We'll provide you the tools and knowledge needed to keep the bike safe but it's up to you to return everything we give you.

Do you offer insurance?

Bike insurance is not included and not required. Riders are fully responsible for the bike during the rental period.
Please make sure to use the lock provided and follow all safety instructions.

Do you deliver or pick up bikes?

Currently, we do not offer delivery or pickup services.
All rentals and returns must be made at one of our two Sydney locations.

What happens if I get a flat tire?

No worries — just bring the bike to one of our two locations. We’ll repair it or replace your bike right away.

Are there any special traffic rules I need to know?

Yes, NSW law requires:

  • Helmet use

  • Riding on the left side of the road

  • Using bike lanes when available

  • Obeying all traffic signals

How much do your bikes weigh?

Our e-bikes weigh approximately 30–35 kg, including the battery. Despite that, they’re smooth and easy to ride.
